It's been too long!!

Yes...it's been way too long since I posted. Getting used to the new job, the new commute, then the holidays (don't get me started...) But... Mr. Buddhist Librarian gave me a brand spanking new Dell laptop... (YAY!!) and I am completely in love with it. (Him too...but then I always have been...computer or not.) I'm thinking about naming the new Dell "Dell-a Street" from Perry Mason...hopefully she'll inspire me to get organized...





So, yesterday I attended PLAN's Annual Tech Day...one of my favorite yearly events and the guest speaker was David Lee King...how freakin' exciting was that? I've subscribed to his blog feed for some time and it was great to hear him in person. Actually Mr. King noted that it's a good thing to keep your blog up to date... and I promised myself that I would get back to learning about new technologies and blogging about it.

The first thing I did was to finally create a trading card. Now, let's see if I can remember how to post a picture...

This is an interesting site, where you can use...well...let's just say...different grammar and oddly spelled words to caption your kitty pix. Some of these photos are a riot.

Scrapblog-ing part 2

OK...I have not had the luck I had hoped in posting my scrapblog to this blog. Fear not!! I will figure it out.

The site is still a lot of fun and I plan on creating more pages.

Trying again with Scrapblog. I was left a very nice comment from Alex at scrapblog.com stating that I might have better luck if I embedded the html.
